Ravida Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Ravida is an old, family-run estate and they produce the best olive oil in Sicily, if not Italy. It consistently wins awards from other Italian oil producers and has a beautiful herby and grassy aroma but, being from Sicily, it has an earthy spiciness to it as well. It is a very elegant olive oil and is a green, golden colour.

Lapalisse Walnut Oil and Hazlenut Oil
These French oils are produced in a granite mill to an old, traditional recipe and are made by first drying and then crushing the nuts, producing these wonderful nutty-flavoured oils. Delicious on salads (particularly good with asparagus), roasted chicken or tossed with pasta, walnuts and freshly-grated Parmigiano-Reggiano. Unlike other olive oils, keep refrigerated once opened to prevent them going off.

White Truffle Oil
This special olive oil comes highly recommended as it has the genuine taste of fresh white truffles infused in extra virgin oil oil. This aromatic olive oil can add a sophisticated finish to most dishes – use in mashed potato, drizzle over a mushroom risotto or soup. Again, unlike extra virgin olive oil, keep it refrigerated so that the truffle aroma stays fresh.

Nunez de Prado Extra Virgin Olive Oil
An unfiltered, organic Andalusian oil from an 18th-century family-owned estate. The olives are lightly crushed under granite millstones, causing the flower of the oil to run off. As the olives are crushed rather than pressed, whatever makes it into the bottle comes from the mash of the crushed olives. This method takes more than twice as many olives as more conventional olive oil, producing an incredibly rich-taste of almonds and green apples…..and of course wild olives.
