Our Coffee
We take a lot of pride in providing our customers with a great cup of coffee and we believe that creating excellent coffee involves skill and flair. We use manual state of the art San Remo Verona coffee machines and provide all our staff with full training on the art of coffee making.
Barista Training
We work with a dedicated team of trainers, one of which is a judge at The World Barista Championships, who ensure that our baristas are fully trained in the art of making the perfect espresso.
The company has a dedicated Coffee Champion, whose job is to further promote the craft across the sites. Our Coffee Champion undergoes intensive barista training and works closely with our dedicated store coffee ambassadors, to ensure that our Baristas have the skills and knowledge to consistently provide the perfect espresso.
The Beans
Our coffees offer a delicate flavour combined with an intense aroma, creating a well balanced espresso. This is achieved by the fine blend of Arabica coffees, which have been expertly combined for their different qualities. The unique origins of the Arabica bean, creates a fascinating flavour that stimulates the palate providing a long aftertaste.
Unlike many of our competitors we provide a double shot in all our regular coffees, further offering you a rich and delicious flavour.
