Assistant Manager - Lewes Restaurant
We are currently looking for a We are looking for an experienced and energetic character to assist our General Manager with the management of our restaurant in Lewes.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain the highest standards of service at all times.
• Oversee the efficient operation of the restaurant in the absence of the GM.
• Assist with ordering and stock control.
• Work closely with the Head Chef in order to ensure the smooth running of service.
• Assist in the training and development of new team members.
• Assist in the preparation of weekly rotas.
• Attend weekly management meetings.
• Be involved with marketing initiatives and promotions.
• Monitor and co-ordinate party and event bookings.
• Assist the General Manager in developing systems and procedures.
Applicants must:
• Have a proven track record in delivering exceptional customer service.
• Exhibit the personality and potential to lead, coach, develop and motivate the team.
• Have 1 or more years experience in a similar role.
• Possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Be passionate about the hospitality and catering industry.
• Be eligible to work full time in the UK.
• Provide references.

Waiter - Lewes Restaurant
We are currently recruiting for a Waiter to join our restaurant in Lewes.
Requirements
The ideal Waiter will be a motivated character with at least 1 years experience of working within a similar restaurant environment. We are looking for individuals with excellent people skills and the ability to work well under pressure. You must have a can-do attitude and have the drive and the passion to succeed within the hospitality industry.
